Class Prices:

All classes are maximum 6 people to ensure quality teaching and personal attention for each class member.

Taster sessions – Try your first class for £5.00. If you buy your 6 class bundle on the same day as your taster you will get your money back!

£13.00 per single class- these can only be booked on the day of the class. Priority of places must be for class bundles.

6 Class Bundles – £60.00. Please note each bundle should be used within 8 weeks from purchase date. You can book on any class on the timetable (except rehab and Movefree) with this bundle.

Cancellations must be by 6.00pm on the day before the class. Failure to give cancellation notice will lead to loss of the class.

Failure to use all 6 classes within the 8 week period will lead to loss of classes.

Class descriptions:

Mat-work Pilates

Our instructors are trained in Modern Pilates, which is a variation on the original Pilates style exercises. All classes are aimed at different levels from beginners, improver and intermediate through to advanced. If unsure where you should be we advise a 1-2-1 session for assessment. These classes are mostly mat based, and use a variety of exercise props such as rollers, bands and balls. They are excellent for increasing strength, stability and mobility and accommodate both men and women.

Active Pilates

Many professional sports people and teams now use pilates to help improve their strength and flexibility, keep their mobility and reduce the risk of injury. This class addresses the common problems that many people who exercise regularly may  have including tight hamstrings and hip flexors, weak core and imbalances in the back and chest musculature. It will give your normal training regime a new dimension and it provides a challenging workout that will target muscles you never knew you had!

1-2-1 Pilates sessions

All our instructors are available for 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sessions. During these 45 minute sessions your own particular needs will be met and addressed. Appointment availability changes from week to week so please get in touch to discuss further. Prices of 1-2-1 sessions £42. Prices of 2-2-1 sessions are £30 per person.

Functional Rehab Courses

If you suffer with reoccurring injuries or have recently had an operation and feel your rehab is insufficient to return you to full fitness, these 6 week courses are ideal. They are small group exercise sessions taken by our Rehab specialist Tom Pinder, and they focus on specific joints or areas of the body. They usually run on alternate weeks in clinic and homework is given for your improvement in-between. They will incorporate a progressive functional rehab programme, individually focused on your level and needs and give you the knowledge to continue successfully afterwards on your own. The timetable runs reccuringly  so get in touch to find out when the next course is starting. They include the following areas:

  • Ankle and calf

  • Knee

  • Hip

  • Lower Back

  • Shoulder

The prices of our functional rehab courses are £90. A deposit of £10 secures your place and the remainder is payable at the first session.

​Ski and Snowboard MOT

For any skier or snowboarder, preparation for the season is as important as servicing your equipment. So we have designed a complete MOT to enable you to ski/board effectively with minimal risk to injury. It incorporates a full postural and neuro-muscular assessment plus treatment and personally prescribed exercises to help you gain strength, stability and power on the slopes.

Prepare well – prevent problems!

Initial session costs £50 including all assessments, treatment and exercise programme.
