Kerry is one of our fabulous Clinical Pilates team here at Kinetic. She has played competitive sports since the age of 11, and so has always been an advocate of leading a healthy lifestyle. She has a keen interest in skiing and mountain biking, and regards herself as an outdoor enthusiast, who enjoys dog walking and gardening in her spare time.

Kerry has been taught by the Modern Pilates comprehensive training method which is delivered by physiotherapists and clinical Pilates instructors. Her methods look at functional stability, postural alignment, core stability and modifications of the original works of Joseph Pilates. Kerry believes that whether you are an active individual or not, Pilates will make a difference to your life, by reducing aches and pains, strengthening the core, increasing flexibility, improving posture and your general feeling of well-being. Most recently studying with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) giving her the expertise to apply Pilates with a safe, clinical approach towards injury.
