Vivien Brown

Viv is a Professional Integrative counsellor, accredited with the National Counselling Society, (MNCS accred) which is ratified by the Professional Standards Authority.

She holds an enhanced DBS certificate, and works within the ethical guidelines for good practice, thus ensuring that her clients receive a high quality service, whilst also taking care of herself.

Viv has a long and varied history in professional healthcare and counselling, including the voluntary sector, and brings a wealth of life experience to inform her client work.

She uses an informal approach, and understands the importance of building trust with clients, by being honest, empathic and compassionately understanding, and can also tailor her counselling approach to clients’ particular emotional/psychological needs if wished.
